I've been going here for a number of years. But, as my last appointment they didn't have my referral from my Dr yet. So they said it will be $168 now I have insurance I said I won't pay that I'll just wait for my appointment til we can get that referral. The lady on the phone said ok hold on let me call your Dr an see if we can get it.
So she called back an said ok it'll just be $10 (that's my co-pay) I was at work so we had a zoom appointment an it only lasted 5 mins if that as I said I was getting busy an had to go.
Soooooo I received a call from the office that I owe 168 minus the 10 co-pay. I said hold on. I told u ahead of time if we didn't have the referral I wasn't having the appointment. They said they are sorry but this is the way it is! An I NEED to pay this money before I am seen by the Dr again.
😳😳😳😳
I don't recommend going here.

Best pain doctor in NAPLES ! Dr MOORTHY and her entire staff go above and beyond trying to accommodate appointments and most of all she tries her best to MANAGE PAIN ! GREAT STAFF & GINA is always on top of things !!

Dr Moorphy will not give me my medical record. So therefore she is hiding something and she is lying.
