i've been trying to get my medical records for over a week i call leave multiple messages when i do get someone they put me on hold then hang up the DR put a abbott chip in my chest to monitor my heart for any complications i was having when i recorded issues on the app they gave me they never ever responded so i got another cardio DR . now the chip needs to be removed because the battery is dead , i'm having it done soon that's why i need my records my husband also called and they put him on hold for a half hour then hung up , i was also told the chip was not installed correctly and in the rite spot , my husband wants to report to the medical board and contact the media , lawyer ? i told him give them a chance to give us what we need so i can move on and get this operation done if not god forbid something happens to me in the process because i have to wait for them to give me the paperwork i need and the scripts he wrote me then it's a different ballgame , hopefully things will work out , ..
