Extremely professional and concerned about his patients. Very thorough and run’s full test program to get a complete picture of your health. Possibly saved my life when for the first time in twenty years he ordered a psa test that divulged prostate cancer and directed me to a specialist. Easy to make appointments and PA is always available. Great front desk operation.

Do not use for COVID testing! Had to use them for a travel Covid test and it was a terrible experience. Front desk woman is rude, when they came out to do the test they do not check for ID or your name, when I received the test it had no time stamp on it so I was not able to use at the airport for international travel and the receipt they sent me for $165 didn’t even have an explanation of what it was for. Very unprofessional overall - didn’t even have gloves on when they administered the test. If you need a test book Walgreens in advance as they fill up quickly in Marco island! Have tried to email and call to get a new receipt and no reply.

Dr Joseph Vicaryous is an excellent Dr! I have had him as my GP for many years .. He was willing to take me on as a Patient with no insurance (which 90% of Drs - especially on Marco!!! Will not take new patients without insurance) He and his entire staff, his assistant Oscar, and the woman at the front of house are compassionate caring non- judge mental healthcare professionals who treat their patients as if they were tearing a family member. One review where the person was extremely unhappy over office visit price .. without being rude .. that’s extremely moderate for this island if you do not have insurance .. (unfortunately )
Office hours are very accessible and the staff work magic to get people in even when they are overworked and way inundated with the growth of the tourists and “snowbirds “ on the island - I personally thank each and every single staff member of Dr Vicaryous’ practice! And also thank you for your military service protecting our country and loved ones!

This guy is bad news and so his the assistant. They put the date on my script for 4 days after I would run out including my blood pressure and when I asked them to change it they told me to see how I do with out it for a few days. No professional would let a patient run out of BP meds.

Was on Marko island on vacation. Needed to see a physician due to an injury. Being from out of town picked the closest place. GLAD I did, staff very friendly and professional. Took special care to make me feel better. Got me in and out without any problems.

Overweight doctor who doesn’t even listen to patients needs. I told him I haven’t slept in months and he instantly said I have sleep apnea! Which is NOT the cause of me not sleeping! I stare at the ceiling all night without sleeping at all! No help! Also I’ve had sores breaking open on my scalp and the doctor assistant said they are Mosquito bites! What a joke! Also called and left messages , no return call
