The receptionist was very rude she threw the insurance cards on the desk she was talking in her cellphone the whole time,didn't answer the phone to the patients that were calling but yet she lied to them by saying she had patients calling ahead of her. I don't find this professional at all. She wasn't polite what so ever. ! As a first impression and the first face that a patient has to see first is what makes every one in this office look very bad. Hire a new person she has a horrible attitude overall the doctor is a great person very nice and helpful i have no complaints!

I wish I could try a different dr at this company. Someone.who pretends to care. I hand.picked him because he was active w the MG community and had family and from my home state. I had had all the testing done before walking in that office. His interactions were emotionless. W out disclosing personal medical info, I cant explain why . But. I didnt connect w.him and.frankly I do not think he took me seriously. He diagnosed me w something completely left field. Of which I completing disagree with.Getting an appt is a joke. As w all supposed specialities. Unless you are positive w a blood test for MG. Do not see him for MG.

I have taken my mother to visits with Dr. Williams for years. His patience, professionalism, and knowledge have been an integral part of her overall well-being. He is wise, thoughtful, and considerate. I found the staff to be professional as well.

I've just come back from seeing Dr Williams. It was an easy, relaxed visit. Staff were friendly and attentive. Dr Williams was very knowledgeable and reassuring. They were excellent with the whole Covid thing. All in all a good experience. Writing this because I don't think the other reviews are any indication of the office.
