The front office staff is incompetent, unprofessional, and vindictive. I've experienced billing problems, prescriptions sent to the wrong store(s) and the front office not calling them in at all thereby forcing me to call repeatedly for action PLUS double scheduling without being notified. Communication between the front office and the back appears to be nonexistent, and last but not least there is no covering provider on call when the office closes for vacations or holidays. You are simply on your own until they return. NOT recommended.

One of the Worst experience of my life- I was referred over for pain management to dr Bobby Huynh first of all there receptionist was literally high when I called the first time. So I was like well maybe she had a reason for taking so much to where u are slurring your speech. I signed all the documents to have everything transferred over but got no call back from them. So I proceeded to follow up and still got the same person that seemed she was so high she didn’t know what was going on in the conversation. Mind you this was 2 weeks later. And still she didn’t know what was going on with anything and it seems like the whole office was like that. Every time I called it seemed like they had no idea what they where there to do I mean this is so unprofessional for a drs office to act and treat patients like this and be so unorganized that right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Then after calling and trying to talk to an office manager they still tell me there is no one else that I can speak to and she has no idea what is going on with my case. Finally they call me back that evening after waiting over a month to hear back from them and tell me that they can’t treat me and she can’t tell me why!? I am so tired of people that call themselves professionals and doctors to treat human beings like this. What!? Because I didn’t want to wait 3 months to hear anything back from you guys or because I was upset that I’ve seen more professionally trained monkeys than in that office. None of these people should be working in the healthcare industry. I will be taking my complaint to the broad of health of Texas

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the staff. They were so sweet. The doctor was super professional. He helped me with my back problems.

Highly recommended NOT to make a visit at this Doctor Office. The reason because I brought my mom there for her knee injection and prescribed her medication. However, after 30 days supply pills end we call to the doctor for a refill and his assistant said that "the medication wasn't prescribe or the doctor had never given her a prescription at all." She didn't have her medication for a week so we went back to family doctor ask them to call Dr.Huynh office and they told them the samething and not only that in her chart the doctor didn't write any meds for her. By the way his office was terrible everything is old and unorganized. I think State Board of TEXAS should be visit them and Audit him as well. I don't want another patient to be like my mother. On going for a week without any medication.

Only seen him for several months. Yes the staff (4) are cramped in a very small area the size of a small bathroom but appear to get the wk done. Have not had long waiting time. Injections in back went very well but don't last long. Area may Need updating but wks well.
I like him and staff.

Do not go to this office. He is prejudice and slow. The office is outdated and the ladies that work at the desk act like they are hi off something, they even wear dark shades around the office. The services were terrible! My appointment was at 8:30am I didn't get seen until 10.
