I highly recommend Downtown Dreams Roofing! They recently replaced the roof and installed skylights on our building with 4 homes in just 4 days, including all the setup and cleanup. During our first meeting, Derek explained the GAF products and the installation process, taking the time to answer all of our questions. Roger and Jared were fantastic to work with. They were on-site every day, ensuring everything was running smoothly, and they addressed any questions or concerns we had. Once the roof was completed and the crew left, you could hardly tell they had been there, except for our stunning new roof!

Update: Our roof replacement just got finished, and the team did an incredible job. We really appreciated having a project supervisor, Roger, overseeing everything, but honestly, the whole crew was fantastic. The roof looks amazing, and we even added some metal roofing over our front and back porches. A few neighbors were so impressed that they asked for their contact info while they watched the job and the clean-up. A friend of mine also came by to check on the work and make sure we were satisfied. Previous review before the work was done: Working with Frederick has been a great experience. He has been extremely helpful in dealing with our insurance company and guiding us through things we wouldn’t have thought of. Frederick provided detailed estimates and assisted with reclaimable depreciation estimates directly with the insurance company. We decided to invest a bit more for some upgrades to improve the look and hopefully extend the life of our roof. I highly recommend working with Frederick; he knows everything about roofing and is thorough and supportive.

Jared and his crew have once again come to our rescue. Having previously done brilliant work for us, they recently completed another exceptional job. The final task for the exterior makeover of our house was the installation of cultured stone on our original 1950s chimney, which had already undergone multiple renovations. When the stone mason encountered a problem and needed expert roofing assistance, I reached out to Jared. He and his team showed up the very next day, made the necessary repairs and fully prepared the chimney for the stone mason. Even in the rain, we remained leak-free thanks to Jared's solution. The work on the chimney is almost complete now. Our only regret is that we didn't know Jared when we got our new roof in 2017 - we would have preferred his team to do the job correctly. We can't thank Jared and his team enough and would highly recommend their roofing services. Previously, in Los Angeles, Jared and his team provided professional, competitively priced roofing solutions with exceptional customer service. They skillfully installed a flat roof and skylights over an addition, and also customized downspouts, gutters, and gutter caps for our entire house. We were particularly grateful for Jared's ability to diagnose and repair a leak in our main roof, a problem that had stumped three other contractors. QUALITY! PROFESSIONALISM! There's nothing better than a roofer that delivers on their promises! Derek made the whole process smooth. We needed a roof replacement and the removal of an old skylight. The crew arrived at the break of dawn and worked meticulously until late in the evening. The team was hardworking and well-versed in their trade. They restored my yard to its original condition and cleaned up as if no work had ever taken place. They were thorough in their cleanup, making multiple rounds with a magnetic roller to pick up nails and conducting several visual checks. They went above and beyond when Frederick returned the next day to resolve a chimney-related issue - keeping true to their word once again. With all the buzz about lifetime metal roofs, we almost made a costly choice! Luckily, we decided to search for local, family-owned roofers who have plenty of experience. Derek from a local roofing company truly lived up to the reputation of the business. He educated us about the significant cost savings of traditional shingles over metal, all while offering a lifetime warranty! Derek even checked our crawl space and provided us with a realistic estimate for any lumber replacement we might need. Our actual expense was only $70 more than expected, much less than the $200-300 he had initially mentioned. How many companies go that extra mile? It was clear that Derek and his team genuinely enjoy their work. From Marnie in the office to the roofing and spouting installers, the entire process was smooth and pleasant. They completed the roof and spouting in just one day, right before a rainstorm hit, and not a single plant or lawn decoration was harmed in the process.
