I'm an elderly women, who was ill and my bathroom stop working...Scott from Down Valley Septic and Drain responded quickly, fix my problem and gave me the best service anyone could expect. They even cleaned and sanitised my bathroom when they were finished, that is way above anything I expected. Very friendly but professional at the same time.

I have been continuously impressed with down valley septic. Scott is prompt and kind, always answering calls and showing up as quickly as possible. They provide an excellent service, fully repairing the issue at a reasonable price while being exceptionally easy going, and down to earth. We can not thank Scott enough, we had a weekend problem with our septic and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. His service was outstanding making sure that he resolved our problem getting our household up and running again. This day in age customer service is everything, if I could give them more than just the five stars I would. This place is the absolute best. Mona is the sweetest lady and so enjoyable to work with! I have had nothing but great service, on time and the gentlemen that cleans the port a potties is the kindest man also. I wish I could give a better rating than 5 stars!

Thank goodness for these great people!!! I just came home from a hospital stay on a Saturday only to find the septic was full and couldn’t take another drop!!! Scott and his wife came to the rescue without an additional weekend call cost. Gave me an evaluation on issues, I had no idea.
