During our home buying process, the Dove Hollow Sales Representative, Tyler, was extremely helpful! We had kids in tow during our first visit, and he was nothing but patient and kind. He always listened intently, and provided a quick and professional response. Whenever we had questions, he always made sure to get an answer in a timely manner. He was thorough and attentive, and made sure to update us weekly throughout the construction process.

Our builder, Tony, is one of the most genuine individuals! He has gone out of his way to make sure everything is correct in our home. He even stopped and helped me unload a freezer from the truck when my husband was at work. He has gone the extra mile for us, and has always conducted himself with professionalism. As a former builder myself, I have been picky throughout construction, but Tony has exceeded our expectations.

We walked into Trophy Signature homes without an appointment and Tyler was eager to help us out. My wife and I had our newborn and toddler in tow. Tyler was very patient with us and the kids through the entire process. He was responsive, polite, and patient throughout the entire buying process. While an unforeseen life event required our withdrawal from our contract, we will definitely be visiting Tyler and Trophy Signature Homes in the future. Even during the withdrawal process, Tyler was nothing but patient, understanding, and responsive during that time. I’d give a higher review if possible. 10/10 would recommend.

Just completed my 9 month review.
I would like someone from Trophy Warranty Management to give me a call.
I believe people I interact with expect professionalism from me every time, it would be unfair for me to not be respected not only as a customer, but as a human being.
I will not mention any names due to privacy and respect, what I expect is a call to discuss this.
