Would NOT recommend this company. They quote one price then charge 200 extra claiming it's because occupant used biodegradable flushable wipes. Everything was done for them. Tank was dug up and open , we closed and filled it back in. They called the occupants landlord and made it seem like a big deal. Not right or ethical. They should have stayed there might be an extra charge. I called several other places after, they said No extra charge..

We had lots of company for Christmas and everything backed up. Called Don’s and they made time for draining our septic tank the next morning. Very nice people and great service! I was so thankful!

The guys were on point with communication. Although they did not come out same day because we weren’t in town but the option was available.
I honestly had no idea where the septic tank top was located and they found it super fast! Don’t know even how lol but they’re the professionals! We got an estimated quote over the phone and felt at ease.
They digged, pumped and got it done within maybe an hour if that…Although, there’s a bigger issue below- the bare minimum was able to be done to get it going again. Cash only! Paid and was on their way. Def recommend!

They know their stuff. Great guys. Good communication, reliable & Super fast. They came and knew exactly what they needed to do. After they cleaned out the septic tank, they even helped me Unclog a real tough clog it had towards the entrance of the septic tank. It would have been nearly impossible for a snake to get to it.
