Very professional, fast, and accommodating!! We had noticed a "sewage" smell on a Saturday evening, made the call to Don and he was out at the house draining the septic tank first thing Sunday morning!! Answered all questions we had very thoroughly. Will highly recommend him to anyone who needs septic/plumbing service.

It you need a professional to do your project correctly the first time use Don Thomas Construction & Septic Services. We’re in the process of putting a pool in. Our field lines accidentally got dug up. We needed someone quickly! Don Thomas was there for us. After a perk test & permit Don Thomas and his professional team has our new lines installed in one day. I could not be happier with our results. Excellent job on our project.

Don Thomas did an incredible job with our septic system. Other companies could not locate the septic tank on multiple attempts. I called Don on Friday afternoon and he and his crew were at my house the next morning. The two of them quickly located the tank, professionally serviced it and left the area clean. The entire time he was upfront about pricing. I'll reccomend them any time someone needs similar services.

Don is wonderful! He came out exactly when he said he would, and got the job done quickly and affordably, even though I had no idea where my septic tank was and he had to FIND it before pumping! Available 24/7 and very punctual. Not to mention very friendly. I definitely recommend.

I was having septic tank issues. Septic was overflowing out of the commode into the house. He came on Sunday morning and took care of it immediately. I would definitely refer him to anyone. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will use him again if I ever need to!!!!!!

Woke up today to a stressful situation. My claw foot tub was regurgitating and smelling foul. As I reflected over the last little while, I recalled that my toilet would bubble every time I let water out of bath. I decided it best I call the professionals. After a google search I felt good about calling Don Thomas. I’m so glad I did. He told me he could get out a little after noon. Yay. And he was here a little after noon. Communication goes a long way. I appreciate when someone does what they say. Integrity. Don and his assistant were so friendly and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and let me look at the full tanks and then let me see them empty. They explained the process of the filling of tanks which was interesting.
The whole experience went from crappy to happy. I will absolutely call them for my plumbing and construction needs.
