DMI is the real deal. From the day Levi quoted the job and schooled me on the process, right through to the day of completion, Levi, Bill and Angel were on site with a “can do” attitude.
The driveway to my building looks beautiful and we will be maintaining it ONLY with DMI.

this company sealcoated the neighborhood i live in in june 2024. from the day the did my street, i have been complaining about a tar mark in the center of my driveway. instead of just sending someone out to clean the stain, they have argued that the stain is not a tire tread, and that even if it is, how did it get 10 feet from the curb? i might agree, except that the stain occurred on the very same day as the seal-coating, and several of my neighbors have the identical problem. then they told me that the problem will just wash away with the rain! REALLY?
tar washes away with rain? i certainly hope not. i sent them a message via their website. of course, i have received not reply. today i tried to call their office, but there is no answer but only a message that the call cannot be completed at this time and try again later! again, REALLY? I tried to look them up on sunbiz, but there is no listing. i guess i will just have to send my complaint to the florida department of business and professional regulation.

Your company this past week was in our community for about four days doing
the asphalt project.

I mainly worked with Jacob who goes by Jake.

I wanted to reach out to you to let you know how easy it was to work with
Jake. He did a fantastic job on all aspects of the project. His
communication throughout the project with me was impeccable. Anything I
asked him to do, he did. Any issues that he had were immediately
communicated to me for a quick resolution.

The superintendent was also amazing. The crews on site each day were the
most hard-working, fast, and friendly people. I don’t believe I even saw
anyone take a break. Lol.

On behalf of the community, I wanted to let you know. I would highly recommend this company.

Our community looks great! Thank you to Jake and everyone involved.
