I have been very impressed with DLEngineering. After I expressed some concerns to the owner of the firm about the person working on my project, they were very responsive---they addressed my issues immediately as they kept me in the loop and speedily rectified the situation. The new person who completed my project, Ross Whitcher, was professional, transparent, and efficient in being on top of the issue. I highly recommend this firm's ethical backbone in not getting defensive, but instead only focused on solving the problem.
