We had our old 1950’s bathroom remodeled and made it more accessible for our disabled son who is in a wheelchair. D&K was on a time crunch since the county was providing some funding for the accessibility portion and needed the work completed before my son turned 18 and transferred into adult services. Not only did they get it done in a timely manner but they also did quality work. They were always there when they said they’d be here, communication was great, always informed us what the next day would bring. I know this work will last a lifetime and I’m very pleased with their company.

We had some water damage in the basement (due to flooding) and the company who did water extraction and remediation have recommended the D&K Builders. It was easy to do business with these guys. All work was done timely and as promised. Importantly, price was reasonable and fixed. It was no increase (as often happens with contractors) even when some extra work required. Quality was great as well. Few pictures of completed work are attached.

Jayson and his crew from D & K did a great job installing new windows and doing a complete rebuild on our angled sunroom wall. Jayson recommended the style and type of windows, and then re-designed the roof and walls to integrate perfectly. His teams construction skills and overall attention to detail resulted in a great new updated room, and excellent overall experience. I will be using D & K for additional upcoming projects and will be recommending them to friends and family.

I can't recommend Jayson and his team highly enough. He replaced and cut new custom windows into my older condo unit. Doing this type of remodeling always presents unexpected issues, and Jayson had the knowledge, professionalism and experience to overcome all obstacles that presented themselves with minimal change orders or cost increases. He delivered me a product that exceeded my expectations. He is extremely responsive with his clients and communicates well with suppliers even through a difficult time to get products. His entire team was professional, courteous, and fun to be around. They also kept the workplace clean and left it in great condition. Truly a top notch operation that I would trust with any remodeling, no matter how complicated.

Jayson and his crew (Paul, Anthony, Ben, Brock and Mark) have done many projects for us. It started with a deck, then they replaced some leaking sky lights, fixed our chimney due to a water leak, fixed our basement Rec Room after a toilet overflowed on the main floor, and just recently remodeled two bathrooms and replaced our floors with hardwood flooring and changed out our front door. He is the one I call when I need something fixed or remodeled. He and his guys do a great job! It is always done right and at a fair price. I highly recommend D & K! Jayson even came out at the end of a work day to help me hook up a new refrigerator when the company that delivered it would not hook it up because of a plastic tube. Jayson changed out the valve and tubing and put it in place for me which I GREATLY appreciated as my husband was out of town. Thanks so much to all of you for a job well done!

We needed a ramp installed for the entrance way to the house and Jayson was quick to respond to our request, came for a home assessment, and offered some options to determine the structure of the ramp. He soon sent an estimated plan/proposal. When our needs changed and a ramp was no longer needed, not only was there a sympathetic response, but Jayson sent a photo of the torn up deposit check, stating there would be no charge for the services already rendered. I cannot judge a final product, but for the professionalism, communication and humanity, I would definitely make use of D&K Builders for future needs.

Had my roof repaired by D&K Remodeling. They did a great job. Also had a water leak in a pipe they took care of that also. I had called a plumber they couldn’t find it. D&K came and found it right away. I recommend them to anyone who need a repair or remodeling job done.
