At the prosper location today, Xander was our bike specialist. He was so kind and personable! He helped us right away and did a really great job at assisting us. What a disappointment that they closed the Field and Stream portion of this store. Someone at corporate decided that hunting was wrong (but fishing is ok) and gutted this store down to everything made by Nike and every water bottle ever made. I had a $50 dollar gift card that someone gave me and I spent an hour wandering around trying to find ANYTHING worth spending it on.

I love this store and the fact that they close at 7pm on Sunday as stated on their front door. But today the service associate named Grant refused to let me have a dressing room to try on 3 shirts because he said, in his exact words, “we close at 6:30”. That is just laziness on his part. Either he straight up lied to me or he doesn’t know when the store closes which I find hard to believe because customers were still coming into the store all the way until 7pm.

Dear Customer Service,

I had a disappointing experience at your [store location] on [date] due to a cashier’s rude and unprofessional behavior. There was no greeting or acknowledgment, and when I asked about coupons and teacher discounts, he curtly replied, “No” both times. His tone was dismissive, and when I paid, he simply said, “Ok, pull it,” without any courtesy.

I expected better customer service, especially from a mature employee. I hope this issue is addressed to improve future experiences. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this.

One of the better locations of Dick's that I've visited. In fact, I had to come up to this location because the central Dallas location was out of three of the items I was looking for. Came up North and it was a home run. Got everything I needed and it was a rather pleasant area and shopping environment.

I was looking at a pair of shoes. I asked for a certain size. When checking out, I was told customer put wrong plastic insert inside shoe that indicated wrong price. I asked manager if it wasn't employee error, and of course, he said no. The manager wouldn't honor the listed price!! I guess I'm not shopping here anymore.

Went in to get 14 YETI'S for my client and there weren't enough available. Hunter stopped what he was doing, he was an extremely polite young man helped me search nearby stores (out of stock) and ended up ordering them for me and will get them here in time for our project. His parents should be proud be has a lot of respect for others and is a well polished young man. Hope his manager notices this also!
