Leo and his guys rebuilt the roof/awning of our small storage building and the workmanship is excellent. It went from rickety to solid in three days. Leo was great to work with. He listened to us and worked within our budget to get the job done. His crew was very considerate and left a clean worksite at the end of the day. Nice people to work with and a quality product. I'm very happy with the job they did.

Leo and Max Diaz did a fabulous job putting crown moulding in 3 bedrooms. When I first inquired (based on his excellent reviews), Leo was backed up with business, as everyone good is these days, but unlike others, he kept me posted when he could touch base. He came to evaluate the job, and he was clearly more knowledgeable than others I had worked with in the past. And his work today is excellent. He is honest, detail-oriented, professional, and truly a pleasure to do business with. I will recommend him to all my friends, and I’ll recommend him to you, too!

We were planning on installing solar panels but needed to remove old panels that no longer worked. The company installing the new panels said they didn't remove old panels and that we needed to do that ourself before they proceeded. So we called some roofers and nobody wanted to do the job. They told us that we needed to contact solar companies for that kind of work. Our solar company (Tesla) already told us they wouldn't do that kind of work. Thanks for nothing Tesla!

So luckily we found Diaz and Sons and read their great reviews online. Leo came over and gave us a quote that was fair and said he could do the job the next day. We accepted. The job was finished the following day and we couldn't be more satisfied. We plan on using Diaz and Sons for a few other projects and highly recommend you do the same. Thanks for everything Leo!

While my daughter and son-in-law were on vacation, their dishwasher leaked, sabotaging their remodeling project.(Pre-Leo). They were hopeful when he came to assess the damage, as his confidence told them he could pull it all back together, which he and his son Max did, and completed the work beautifully-my daughter has been ecstatic about her kitchen!
I thought his energy there could transfer to my bathroom remodel, so Leo came by and we discussed what I knew I wanted and he’s a great, non-pushy advisor in creative decisions-ie, is something practical, dated, liable to be a problem in the future…? He has good instinct beside his considerable skill.He and Max are so efficient-showing up on time, cleaning work areas daily, informing me of each step, no wasted time, and the result is work he’s proud of, and delighted customers. I love my bathroom, and friends are impressed with what was accomplished!

Leo Diaz & Sons

I have hired Leo to complete a few projects in my home. He just completed installing flooring in our attached apartment. Leo and his crew removed moved furniture, removed old flooring, and installed new laminate flooring in one day. All the shops I had visited told me it would be a least a two-day project. Leo also completed some carpentry and dry wall and helped remodel the kitchen in this apartment.
If you hire Leo, you can expect expert work completed very quickly. He stays on a job until it is done. Leo is a master of many of the trades (carpentry, painting, drywall, cement work, electrical, and plumbing etc.) I would highly recommend Leo for any of your construction and remodel needs. He is honest and takes pride in his work.
