This company is terrible. They never answer phone calls about anything and they only care about money it seems. They definitely do not care about our Spokane community. It is profit over anything and quick jobs. The comments below are proof and my own personal experience. I've been trying to reach them for things and they just won't call me back. I'd use somebody else if you have a choice. Rental management is terrible I hear also.

Erratic driver in company Dodge pickup was swerving all over the road over the lines. In and out of oncoming traffic. I tried to pass the driver in a passing zone on north Argonne in spokane, the driver of the truck floored it in his truck to prevent me from going by him, then cut in front of me abruptly and then proceeded to immediately get on the brakes. I called the company and filed a complaint, they were closed when I called so I left a message, so here's seeing if they get back to me. If they do, and resolve the matter, I will delete this. I presume though based off of the other reviews, that will probably not happen. That nice of a truck its probably the owner or gm, I'd be fuming if that was an employee.

all i can say is DO NOT RENT with Diamond rock. They will nickle and dime you over everything. We are clean tenants and ended up getting charged over $1000 after move out, that on top of them keep our entire security deposit. We even put in requests for repairs and were told they would do them after we moved out, ONLY to charge us for them at that point. They do not care if you have proof that you were told you wouldn't be charged. They are a greedy corporation that is probably doing SO well financially because they screw over their tenants. i've never had so much trouble with a company before this. I am appalled by their staff, lack of customer service, and "fees and policies" I repeat DO NOT RENT WITH GREYSTAR, you will regret it.

This company is the worst! My husband worked for them for close to two years and they treated him like crap. He got hurt at work and now the owner is trying to make it where my husband doesn't get l&i and he knows we have kids! The owner thinks because he has money he can treat anyone they way he wants and that needs to stop. My husband didn't deserve what the owner is currently doing to him. My advice don't work or do business with this company.

My 3 yr old ended up in a sewage pond due to their negligence. Ripped down a fence without permission & left exposed debris and work site for over 4 months! Only when the concrete company was brought in, was anything safely fenced off. Negligent doesn't even cover it! This company is TRASH!

I agree with the other reviews. Do not rent from Diamond Rock and especially do not buy a house that they built. I currently own one of their houses and they obviously have a relationship with the building inspectors. My floors creak because the sheets weren't properly attached and a lot of them were just flat misaligned on the joists. Lazy shoddy and cheap is what they are. New info: Found out that whoever did the cleanup after the sheetrock went up just swept all the debris into the HVAC ductwork instead of just grabbing a dust pan and getting rid of it. Had to take down most of my ducts and cold air returns and clean them out. Drywall dust, chunks, pieces of wiring. And then my joists under my living room were supposed to be 2x10 spaced 12" on center. They are spaced 16" on center and no blocking or cross bracing. That explains why my floor bounces when people walk on it. Basement windows also leak when it rains. No drip edge was installed with the roof. I can't imagine how many other short cuts were done on stuff I can't see.

We bought a spec home from this company & had TLC who is owned by the same person do some landscaping. Dishonest about anything & everything to make a buck & will try to bully you to get there way! Don’t waste your money doing business with them!

Very difficult to work with. The quality is poor, the company still hasn’t fix things that broke or were damaged within the first year and is covered under warranty from several years ago. The company keeps pushing us aside. I do not recommend working or buying from this company.
