I'm so grateful for Randy. His work improved my mother's quality of life. My mother had a stroke and is now bedridden. Randy remodeled her bathroom, and she loves it! He removed the tub/shower and made the whole room into a shower, so she can easily be given a shower in her wheelchair. The best part is that instead of installing a $10,000 walk-in tub and lift system, he designed a pretty bathtub on wheels that she can get into using her regular hoyer. We tuck it away when she's not using it. Genius!

When we were choosing a contractor for our project, we knew we wanted Dez-Dal and here is why. Several years ago, my Dad wanted to age in place in his home and to do that, he knew the Master Bath would need to be remodeled - it was not age-in-place "friendly" - but he did not know how to make it that way. Randy at Dez-Dal did know how. When the day eventually came that I became his full time caregiver, I marveled every day at the well-thought-out design of the bathroom, the roll-in shower with grab bars, the double sink, the space that we needed to have for 2 or 3 people in there at a time and even space for a standing pole to help with steadiness. Now that my husband and I are in this home after my dad's passing, it needed some major upgrades - new windows, insulation, siding etc. Here's the thing about Randy - he is so creative and talented and he has ideas for making things better that we would never have thought of and the ones we did think of, he was able to implement with a very kind and professional crew. We live on a street where a lot of people walk by. They watched the progress over the months and every single one has stopped to tell us how wonderful everything looks! It has truly been a transformation!
