Amazing company! The owner Scott Johnson is always so helpful and very professional. Their work exceeds any expectations I ever had. I Would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. I will definitely be using them in the future! One star reviews are obviously for the wrong company.

If I could give below 1 star I would. They called saying they would be coming to our property within the hour. I was doing working in the garage, the front yard, and our courtyard. The tech "Steve" never came, in fact, they have a GPS tracker that showed it was at a park the whole time. Then all of the sudden, I get text messages saying that my issue would have to be resolved at a later time. So I go ahead and call the company, the phone operator was incredibly aggressive with me basically saying I wasn't at the property, yet no one even showed up to the property. On top of that, even if they did, they never even called us to tell my wife or I that they were at the property. More importantly, just to convey this issue, I was hung up on 3 separate times by their phone operator. I think asked to speak with a manager at which point I was on hold for over 10 minutes. Lisa answered the phone and said that the "tech" even took a picture of our house, and then sarcastically said that I must of been doing a whole lot of nothing in the front yard except for raking rocks. I told her I didn't appreciate the tone or the attitude. She then went on to state that I would not be receiving service and no techs would be coming out to my house for service. Then she pointed out that I was "speaking" over her the whole time and didn't give me a chance to offer me a concession. I asked "what is your concession?" She straight up said your concession is you can work with a new contractor, and then slammed the phone down at which point the call disconnected.

Customer service is terrible. Summer in AZ id well over a 100 degrees and they can work out any better availability. I call in to ask to get my appointment moved up and "Manager" Lisa was incredibility rude. She was very condescending and left me on hold for 10 minutes at a time. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

The worst company every the lady that is answering the phone disrespectful ,she told me she doesn't care I told her Of course you won't because you are not the owner
I wiatted for them 4 day to fix my AC and after that I got somebody else to fix it .they don't care about the time !
I wanted to review them with zero but one star the least thing and they don't deserve it even
I don't recommend this company at all ,
