I've contracted with Desert View for several projects, most notably updating one home in prep for selling, updating my new home prior to move in, and a few years later prepping THAT house for sale.

-They oversee your entire project & they know their limits. If they don't have personnel w the needed expertise, they recommend & manage those that do. As an example, I needed some plumbing fixed. They ran into a roadblock, brought in an expert, then patched & painted the hole in the wall.
-Very responsive to tight time tables
-Clear explanations of issues, solutions & cost
-They work fast. No artificial stretching of hours

They cost a bit more than the average 'handyman' because they do more. Hire them - they are worth every penny!
