We replaced the carpet in two rooms with tile and were thrilled with the results and Desert Skies.

Cole was responsive with the quote and my questions leading into and during the job. Their quote was very fair, they showed up on time and kept me updated throughout the project.

Karson came through at the end and went above and beyond to make sure everything got finished as quickly as possible and up to his standards (which were impressively high). The floors look great and we would definitely recommend them and use them again for other home projects.

Great guys and great team! What I thought would just be a straightforward carpet replacement turned into finding mold and water intrusion which Karson and Cole quickly had their team remediate correctly (I’m talking cutting out floorboards, drywall, re-stuccoing). We bought an older home that needed quite a bit of work. We used them to completely gut and remodel all 4 bathrooms, refinish our kitchen cabinets, put in all new appliances, knock out two partition walls, rip out the old ugly Saltillo tile and put in new large format tile, as well as fix a lot of the bad drywall work that had been done around the house and then repaint. They were here every day of the project overseeing the work being done and all of their subs were great to work with, quiet, and cleaned up after themselves. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends or use them again.

Desert Skies Contracting is so professional. Every other contractor we called didn't want to take on our job for weeks, if not months. But Desert Skies was able to fit us in during one their other remodels as we had an emergency situation we were dealing with. We had a massive water leak in our home and our insurance company had hired a "restoration company" that just came in ripped our our walls and wood floor and then abandoned the job. We called Cole and he was able to send over their drywallers over the same day to evaluate everything. That evening they replaced the drywall then came back the next day to finish up. The retextured everything to make sure it all matched and event painted it for us. They put paper down on all of our floors that hey waled on and had plastic up to mask off the entire work area. Their flooring guys were also awesome to work with and replaced all of our wood in one day, and even helped us find matching wood. Everyone was very clean, quiet, and left our house better than they found it. I highly recommend Desert Skies Contracting.

We just used them to remodel our 3 bathrooms and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. We were on our third try at finding a contractor as the first two had left us with a myriad of workmanship issues, water leaks, plumbing issues, and bathrooms we couldn’t even use due to all the problems. I called Cole on a Friday afternoon and that weekend they came by and consulted with us and had no issues spending hours going over everything, picking materials with us, and coming up with a general plan to fix everything. They fit us into their first available opening and their guys arrived right when they said they would. They were able to complete all of the work in just a couple of weeks and completely surpassed all our expectations. There were a couple small changes here and there that we had forgotten to mention and they had no problem accommodating us. The showers turned out beautiful and they also turned our retro built-in tub into a beautiful freestanding modern tub with a ceiling tub filler. We plan on using them again when we remodel the rest of our house and kitchen.
