What an incredible crew! Everyone was so helpful, doing extras to ensure we made the right choice for our new furnace. Even had the owner call us from his vacation. Polite, took their boots off in the house, and had us set up by noon after our old one suddenly went out on the coldest days of the winter. These guys should be your first call.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Needed a new AC and Heater installed. Quote was timely and a crew was sent to start work a week later. Did a nice job building up the pad under the new AC. Was able to take an alternate route on the blower drain that eliminated a system that was unsightly and the cause led a bit of frustration with my old unit. Air quality since the install has been a night and day difference. Highly recommend and would use again. Very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and professional.

Had a garage heater installed. They had no problem with us buying the heater ourselves (found the one I wanted for a great price online) and installing it for us. Very impressed with how quickly the work was done and they also alerted us to the fact that our gas service meter was not large enough for our needs. They worked with the gas company to upgrade our meter and regulators. Heater works great and it's so nice to work in a comfortable garage! Highly recommend them!

After a mess with a previous repair company, Derousseau came in and cleaned up a mess with both by Mini Split AC and the Boiler. So know have actually working cooling and heating!! It was refershing to work with professionals!

My son needed his air conditioning fixed on a very hot day. They were supposed to be the at noon, no call no show for close to an hour. My son asked for a discount for them being a no call no show and they with Drew there tech. That's bad business NOT RECOMMEND

In spite of reviews saying would install a new furnace ordered by the homeowner, they won't. Keep in mind a couple others I contacted who said would quote a unit did not, obstesibly because they couldn't get one. Well so I ordered one, thank you. Will be fun to install I guess.

Extremely satisfied with Deroussesu Heating, Brian stopped by and provided me with a very reasonable quote for converting my furnace from LP to natural gas. He immediately called me back with an update concerning the valve that was required. His quote was way more reasonable than two other competitors (Plummers; One of them being Don's) in town for doing the same exact job!!! A diff tech showed up to do the work and he was knowledgeable and professional, along with answering a few questions that I had. I picked his brain concerning future AC replacement and he walked me through the process, I will most definitely use them again in the future and strongly recommend them.
