I have worked with Derco three different times and I have completely remodeled the interior and exterior of two homes and an ADU. Derco by all accounts is impressively professional and easy to work with. My projects with them included redesigning kitchens and bathrooms, redoing floors, electrical, plumbing, windows, AC, roofs, & driveways etc. Derek organized the process into very straightforward steps. He laid out the budget and timeline very clearly making it easy for me to stay inside the given budget and schedule. He offered VERY helpful design tips.
