I am a Realtor in the Fox Valley Area and I have referred Deerview Construction to several clients throughout the years. I currently had to have a foundation corrected on one of my own properties. Brad was quick to come out and put an estimate together and educate me on what I needed to do to prepare for the work to be done. Bob was able to get us on the schedule and all work completed within 2 weeks! The pricing was unbeatable and the work was done well and completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend calling Deerview with your foundation concerns!

Deerview Construction was suggested to me before I went ahead with a foundation repair and waterproofing project in my basement. They gave me a quote several thousand dollars less than a competitor. They completed the work in a very timely manner and stood by the quote. Their work passed inspection and the house inspector actually asked for their referral as he was impressed and would be using them in a future project of his own.

More than anything though, it's so amazing to have had a dry basement in the wettest year on record. I wish I had contacted them so many years sooner.

Bob at Deerview Construction went the extra mile to make sure that the foundation work he did on our house was performing and holding up well even though he had done the original work for the previous owners. The original work he had done was on the east wall of the house and we were having some water issues just around the corner on the south side. He was extremely responsive to our concerns and came out personally to talk with us and look at the issues. His crew came out in a timely manner and were extremely professional and efficient. They actually went above and beyond what our warranty covered to make sure the job was done right. I am very happy with the work that they did and would be eager to hire them again if we needed anything done in the future.

We had a leaky ooooooold plastic trough system in our basement for water management, and our one basement wall was leaning in a bit. The old trough system was replaced with one that was under the concrete, had steel beams put up again the leaning wall with vinyl sheeting to lead any water leaking into the system. I was honestly surprised with how well it looked. We've had some heavy rains lately and the new system has really saved my butt.

There's some other reviews about poor communication. For me at least, I had no problem communicating with the company and it's owner. They were very professional and helpful.

Bob fixed a home I have listed for sale in Green Bay. He was fairly priced, showed up on time and did a great job repairing a basement that a numerous cracked walls and a beam going through the exterior of the home. I highly recommend Deerview Construction.

As the person that was a tenant of the property. They did a great job, it looks amazing. BUT I have to give a 3 stars they show up significantly ahead of schedule which you aren’t prepared for, act like no one lived in the home, made no steps for me so kids and I had to crawl out a window, filled out my personal garbage half full with debris, left old materials behind and concrete and sadly left the basement dirty. So it was kind of a stressful process on top of the situation at hand ☹️ I have to be honest to let others know, sorry!

Very disappointed with the customer service of this company. My wife tried to get a hold of them multiple times with identical results.

We are looking to get a egress window installed in our home. My wife called and spoke with a representative and told them what we looking for. The representative (Bob) stated " how'd you get this number? And that they went with another person (Ray) and (Travis) to do the job, and proceeded to give us their contact information. After calling Bob and Travis, who were very unprofessional, Travis stated he would come out. We set a time and date, he never showed up. We gave the company the benefit of the doubt and called back. (4th or 5th time.) Again Travis stated he would come out to give a quote and look at the project. Again he didn't show up, no call, no show.

I would not recommend using this company because of being unprofessional and not coming out. They came highly rated by many people and by other companies, but I dont see how that's possible.
