Deer Valley has been incredible with us!! Not only do they build an incredible home,they truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure their complete satisfaction. PaulJeff,Steven,John,Tony were all Professional and made sure we were happy. We bought the Tahoe Series Modular

They employ people who shoot innocent dogs. I was saving up for a deer valley modular home... ha not anymore.

How could the company stand beside a person who shot 4 different dogs?! That weren't causing any harm.

These houses my look like glamorous model houses on the lots but after purchasing you find out you were deceived. So far we have had to replace a ceiling fan, AC unit that was to small for square footage 2x, microwave 2x due to water coming down vent shift, stove for water leaking from microwave, sheetrock from roof leaking. Warped doors, and now roof needs to be replaced because 3 roofing companies say our roof has the cheapest shingles ever made. They couldn't believe they even lasted five years. Electrical is spotty due to water coming through light fixtures. Because we purchased insurance through same people who sold us the house, they refused to say anything is wrong. We DO NOT RECOMMEND this house. It's not worth the price you pay. It would have been cheaper to build in long run.

I am glad we buy 2200 Square feet Single family home. In McHenry Illinois. In 2016 178,000. And a half acre land. I feel sorry for those bad reviews. Good luck with trash

Deer Valley Homebuilders in Guin, Alabama sales some of the most expensive mobile homes on the market.
They are over priced!
Poor craftsmanship!
Poor quality materials!

For the price you pay to live in a Deer Valley Homebuilders home you can build a nice stick built home .

It may be well built structurally but the finishes on our house are terrible. We are very disappointed because we spent almost $200,000 and are going to have to redo everything. Paint that don’t match (after someone came out and basically had to paint the whole house). Water leaks (my husband fixed) on every faucet. I wish I could’ve just told them to take it back? Deer valley might want to be more careful with the crews they hire because it’s giving them a bad name.

Rodney over the WV office is absolutely rude. I would never buy from him just from his terrible, egoistic manner. Called to get a quote and turn around estimate today, in which he was extremely rude when asking what we wanted to spend and I said around about 250k, he practically laughed and said that’s $100 a square foot and impossible. Then we sat in silence for a moment….
As if it’s impossible to find a home for 250k, LOL! Either way, he will not be getting my sale. Big head!!!!
