Manny Perez has been an incredible source of knowledge as it pertains to planning and permits for various types of construction projects.
Manny and I met when I visited the LA Department of Building Safety to pull permits for a project I was completing for a restaurant kitchen, and he was curteous enough to help answer some questions regarding permits that not even the person attending me at the office could fully answer for me.
