I would, without a doubt recommend this family owned business! They were top-notch professionals who did exactly what they said they were going to do. Called when they said they would, arrived when they said they would, and completed the job when they said they would. They were the only ones to respond to my estimation requests. Kevin and Eric were so personable on the phone and in person. They took the time to explain the entire process of removing our popcorn ceilings and took great pride and ownership of the work they did. You could tell that they were extremely experienced and made the entire job smooth and hassle free for us. They made such a labor intensive and messy job look easy. There were no traces of the messiness when they were done with either. The amount of communication was above and beyond. These guys are the epitome of what awesome business ethic should be......something you don't find when dealing with big companies. And, our ceilings look incredible!!! You shouldn't hesitate to make the call to these guys to do all your drywall repairs and/or instillation.

We highly recommend De La Rosa Drywall. I only write reviews when a company goes above and beyond expectations. Eric and Kevin did an outstanding job repairing the ceilings in our garage and laundry room, as well as damage to one of the garage walls. First, Eric came over promptly to do an estimate, listened to our concerns and explained the details of what they would do. Second, he sent the formal estimate right away. Third, Eric and Kevin arrived on time for the job and completed it within the time frame they had projected. Lastly, the ceilings and wall looked terrific when they had finished; the quality of the work was excellent. It is refreshing to find a company that is professional, both in their dealings with the customer and in the quality of their work. We will certainly hire them again if we have any drywall issues. We rate them as A+++!

We finally made the decision to remove the popcorn ceiling in our home. We're so glad that we used De La Rosa Drywall, their service and workmanship was outstanding. De La Rosa & Sons Drywall removed popcorn, skim coated and textured the ceilings of five rooms and a hallway in my home. The entire process was expertly accomplished with an excellent result.

Within a few days of my request for an estimate, Javier arrived to survey the job and advised that based on the age of the home, the popcorn ceilings would need to be tested for asbestos. If asbestos was present then a remediation firm would have to remove the popcorn; otherwise De La Rosa could proceed normally. I ordered test kits from Lowes and sent off a test scraping for each room and the hall. The estimate for the work arrived and the price seemed fair and in line with industry. The lab results for the ceiling popcorn scrapings arrived, all negative for asbestos. I accepted the De La Rosa proposal and got on the work schedule for three weeks in the future. The estimated time to complete the work was four days. The De La Rosa crew of Javier, Kevin and Eric arrived on the scheduled date and time and quickly set to work 'bagging' the rooms wall and floor with plastic, moistening the popcorn, scraping it all off and sweeping up the scrapings, all within about three hours. On day two and three Eric and Kevin skim coated the ceilings and on day four they textured the ceilings, took down the plastic that I requested be taken down and cleaned up. A few days later Kevin returned for a separate job to float and texture some wall patches from electrical work and that was also quickly and well done. Throughout the work I was taken by how efficiently the De La Rosa crew works, the camaraderie between them, and the skill they employ to produce excellent work without cutting corners.

I was fortunate to find De La Rosa as the result of a Google search and the accompanying reviews which are typically glowing. Their excellent reviews are well deserved. At a time when it is often difficult to find reliable, capable and fairly priced workmen, De La Rosa & Sons Drywall is a standout. I wish to be so lucky to find such a capable plumber, electrician or painter...

I lost a large section of my roof during a storm in July. The resulting damage meant I needed drywall in my master bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/dining area....walls and ceilings. I read reviews for several companies and got estimates from three. I really liked Eric's attention to detail and decided to go with De La Rosa. A great decision on my part!!
From installation to finish work the friendly crew showed up exactly when they said they would and the job was completed when Eric said it would be. And I'm very happy with the quality of their work. Hopefully I'll never need to see a drywall company in my house again.......but for sure I would use De La Rosa without hesitation.

Our bathroom remodel would not have turned out nearly so nice had we not used De La Rosa & Sons Drywall. We had seen their work on a 40 year old home and knew we wanted to use them. Javier (father) came to give us the quote and when we told him we were caught between electricians and granite installers, he said let me see what we can do. 9 days later Eric and Kevin (sons) were both here. The drywall was completed within two days as promised and after painting it matches perfectly. You could never tell there ever had been outlets, medicine cabinets or a doorway removed. Garage ceiling is also perfect. They are friendly, punctual and they do excellent work. What they do is an art. Hire this family owned company if your wall texture and how it looks after a repair matter to you.
