We recently (June 2024) used DCM Pools to resurfaced our large pool with pebble, install new tile and recoat the deck. The work was performed on time, with no issues and good pricing. I'm pleased with our pool experience with Curtis. He was available to answer questions and provide updates through the whole process. Curtis was honest and easy to work with. I recommend DCM Pools and I would use again, hopefully far in the future.

My wife and I used Curtis from DCM Pools to build our dream pool. I received several different estimates from other pool builders and we decided to use DCM Pools. Curtis is knowledgeable, professional, and just a good guy to work with. Every other pool builder that I received bids from were salesy, recommended things that we didn’t need, and came in with much higher bids. Curtis really captured our vision and gave us helpful input and a variety of options for us to choose from. I’m typically really hands on and like to oversee projects, however, Curtis really built my trust and DCM Pools built our pool while we were out of town for part of the summer. DCM Pool’s timeline was really quick (just a number of weeks) and they did a great job. Curtis really made the pool building experience better than I could have imagined and I’m so grateful that we had our pool built by him. I highly recommend DCM Pools as they’re top notch.

Curtis at DCM pools has been great to work with! I’ve been emailing him for the last year planning out our pool and he’s been responsive 100% of the time despite my back and forth! As a realtor with a background in interior design, I’ve had many hesitations and have been ultra picky with the design. Curtis has been patient, informative, and responsive every step of the way. All around great to work with! Not to mention I felt my money went further with DCM pools; affordable for the same quality. I’ll post another review when the pool is finished!

Working with DCM Pools was a wonderful experience! Curtis listened and designed the perfect pool, unique to my space. I was always kept informed of the process and scheduling. Curtis and his team performed a resurfacing of my pool and spa. He is very difficult to get ahold of. I informed him that there were problems with the workmanship that occurred very quickly after the job was done. Curtis was largely unresponsive until my pool maintenance guy contacted him. He said that he sent a tech out to evaluate it , however , I don’t believe anyone ever came by. Curtis said there was no problem. Fast forward to now…my pool is now delaminating in 2 places exactly where I told him there was a problem. Additionally the step in my spa has a 7 inch crack. Beware of this company.

Only great things to say about Curtis! Honest, knowledgeable, patient with all of our design changes, reasonably priced and easy to get a hold of and responsive. He did a great job on our pool in a very timely manner, especially given it was during peak season. All his workers were top notch. He was always on site and easy to get a hold of. I have no concerns that he'll stand behind his work. He was recommended to me by someone I work with and I've already recommended him to 2 others. He has my unconditional recommendation!

We had a great experience with Curtis and DCM Pools. Cost was very reasonable for a custom pool. He helped us understand our options, was straight forward with the costs, and was readily available when things came up. Once the pool was started, he was on top of getting the right guys out here as soon as possible. We love our pool and recommend Curtis with DCM Pools to any of our friends looking to have a nice pool.
