Took weeks to get back to us on a large Commercial job and when they did, wanted us to sign a new job upfront to give us plans for a job they were already paid for in full a few years back. Tried blaming response time on a message service even though i spoke to two of their employees. They are capable enough im sure, but unprofessional. I've worked with many civil engineers and surveyors that are far more prompt, pleasant and professional and don't resort to shady business practices.
