We did a full renovation at home with DBuiltek (master bed and bath, flooring, old stairs handrails changed to glass), from design concept, to renders, to building the process was impeccable. All the quotations were clear, we had a couple of unexpected issues with our floor we noticed only when we removed the old wood plank and received clear guidance on how to fix it without charging us a fortune (Thanks Adriana!) - the project management team and construction crew were extremely professional! I was dreading working with a contractor as I witnessed several of my friends struggle with budgets and timing and at the end the results were never that great. This company changed that from day one. The moment I met Adriana I realized I was dealing with an extremely capable and very professional company. We were able to talk clearly about my goals and worked through every bump on the road as they helped me find quick solutions, rearrange my budget and even gave me design advice. Do yourself a favor and don’t go with the cheaper alternative. This company may be a little more expensive than its competitors in the area, but you will see that reflected on the work done, in the way the job is handled and in the flawless customer service you will receive. They completed the work on time and it was BEAUTIFUL! Five stars do not do them justice.

Warning!!!! with Adriana Castro terrible contractor dont hire neither trust on her please.
Her jobs are not delivered on time and customer complaints for details not completed.
She hired me to re-polish and remove some stains for her customer in Key Biscayne restaurant for a bar counter top. We agreed $800.00 for this job after my worker finished it, she called me to reduce the price I told her I can not, we already agreed the price some days before. I have to pay my worker, material and make small profit, but she was not happy for paying $800.00 she wrote me a bad review because I did not reduce the price when it was already finished the bar counter top which it came out nicely and the owner approved it. As many contractors Adriana wants to pay cheap to sub-contractors so she can make more money.
This is the second job I have done for her. The first time she called me for some dark stains on front entrance floor from her customer house . The owner was complaining from the remodeling of her sub-contractors spilled some liquids on the floor and stained it. I grinded and put some chemicals to improved it. Owner was unhappy, she is always in meetings and have not answered the phone to do the arrangements about the job. She has not finished a job first , then is doing another job at same time.
like many contractors want to start and finish a home or commercial job without finishing properly and pushing sub-contractors to rush their jobs.

0 professionalism, less detailing jobs not clue at all.
Think twice before hiring her business.
