As the Secretary of the Arrowood Homeowners Association in Oceanside CA my responsibility is to oversee work projects for our community and ensure that the Contractors involved live up to their commitments and complete quality work at a fair market price and my experience with D&B has been nothing short of outstanding as they have consistently delivered on time and exceeded expectations. They are responsive and happy to do a thorough walkthrough of the project. Provide clear and simple pricing bids and best yet they honor their pricing and show up early to work and work as long as it takes to finish a project on time. In addition in these days where it’s very difficult to find a reliable contractor at a reasonable price you could fine none better than D&B which has completed many projects for our association from paint our clubhouse to replacing damaged fence line and repairing children’s playground equipment. They also installed a bike rack and 14 pet waste stations and repaired damaged drywall etc. They are also honest about if a job is outside their ability they will tell you rather than doing something less than standard. Give them a try for your maintenance repair and upgrades and I’m sure you will be as impressed as me.

D&B Property Maintenance installed a french drain and concrete in our backyard. The installations were careful, exact, and look nice -- in other words, professional. The team communicated very well with us and were personable. The company system sent us notifications and reminders of when they'd be arriving. I had a slab leak and they poured some concrete. My kitchen tile isn't being made anymore so my extra tile is scarce. They broke 2 tiles and left a greasy reside on some tiles. Left concrete on some which can probably be scraped off. So disappointed because the plumber took such care to only cut the tile on the grout line to preserve what I had.
