Worst experience ever! Extremely poor quality construction, excuse after excuse for their bad workmanship. After 8 weeks of their quality control walk-thrus there were 3 pages of unresolved issues at my walk-thru. Many were BIG issues not paint touch up kind of things!! They will only let you speak to the salesperson (she was the only nice part of the horrible experience). I have purchased 3 NEW build homes and have NEVER encountered such bad workmanship and lack of response from a builder. Ended up canceling my contract over all the unresolved issues and lack of response from Davidson Homes when it was clear that they were not capable of fixing the issues correctly and then they kept my earnest money!! Extremely unethical company, save yourself the headaches and go somewhere else.

Poor construction quality. Bad finishing. Electrical, plumbing and structural issues. Just like any other new build pooping out homes these days. No quality, craftsmanship, or care.
