Called and asked what their labor rate is. Was rudely asked "Why?!". I said because I have some work I need done on my boat and was considering bringing it to you. He then defensively & aggressively replied "We charge by the job, bring it in and when it's done you'll get the bill." I said "No thanks I'll take my business somewhere else" and hung up. Obviously this place doesn't care about customer service or getting any business apparently. Was blown away at how incredibly rude I was treated. I'll never bring my watercraft to this place much less recommend it.

Made an appointment to have service on pontoon motor in order to get the boat off the lake this fall.
Was very clear that I was specifically driving to Hayward from the Twin Cities to have the work done. Received a call from Dave's the morning the work was scheduled to be done and was informed the mechanic called in sick so they would be able keep the appointment. Dave's made no effort to reschedule or assist in any way.
Zero out of Ten, would not recommend.

Brought my Glastron GT150 in for a repower. Dave examined the transom and felt that it was too weak/deteriorated to proceed. Glad he caught the problem as it could have been a huge safety issue. Thanks for running an honest business.

Just an all around fantastic boat boat lift and dock retailer very nice owners has a awesome mechnic that helps dave build lifts. Yeah they personally build the lifts so they know its close to perfect
