I’m just a novice homeowner who just had a new house built. We had to get a few extra measurements done throughout the process. The people at the office were friendly and helpful. The guys who came out to take the measurements were equally friendly, explaining everything and answering all my questions.

The staff was professional and explained the process thoroughly with us. We had bought the lot next door to our home. Our neighbors wanted to buy 1/3 from us and they mapped it out and handled the survey process. They went to the town hall meetings and helped explain why we were doing this.

They completed everything as it was presented to us and filed the final paperwork with the county.

We worked with Scott at Davel and our experience was 5 star worthy. Communication was professional and timely. Work was completed within given expectations. There was an error made with set heights for foundation, but Scott worked with us to make it right. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again.
