Dave is currently building our house in Paso Robles and we could not be happier. We very rarely review the professionals that we hire so this is a bit unusual for us. We met Dave about a year before we began construction (he was highly referred by a friend), and was absolutely indispensable during the process with the architect and engineers. He saved us tens of thousands of dollars during that troublesome process. His ability to estimate costs is peerless; we came to rely on his guidance in order to stay true to our initial budget. Dave gave us a budget and stuck with it even when costs arose that (I felt) he could have asked us to absorb. You will not meet a nicer or more honest person; there is a very good reason why Dave retains friendships with his clients long after the projects have been completed. I highly recommend Dave and encourage anyone who is considering hiring him to check in with us first.
