I highly recommend Dave Greenetz Construction. They recently completed a bathroom remodel for us and we were highly impressed with everyone we worked with. The guys on Dave's team are top notch and the subcontractors he uses are equally skilled. Caleb was our project manager and he kept us afloat of timelines and schedules. They are patient and work hard to make sure their clients are 100% happy with each and every detail. Jeff is a fabulous carpenter - the shelves he built in our closet are beautiful. We had planned on only doing them on one side, but after seeting his outstanding work, we asked to do both sides and are so glad we did. If we had an issue, they immediately took care of it. We were impressed by each and every step of this project. They are meticulous from start to finish and because of this we now have a bathroom we absolutely love. I really can't recommend Dave Greenetz Construction enough!

My wife and I have had Dave Greenetz Construction do several major projects to our home over the last several years.
They did a complete remodel of our kitchen, a full remodel of our bathroom and built a large pavilion in the back yard by our pool. The work has been outstanding, workmanship with exceptional equality and his crew was skilled in every aspect of the job. Most importantly, they were very easy to work with.
We would highly recommend Dave Greenetz Construction for any and all construction or remodeling needs you may require.

We will not let anyone else do our remodeling projects except Greenetz Construction. They are perfectionist and stand by their work. The team is professional and friendly. They have been doing work for us since the late 70’s. We had a master suite added to our home, a kitchen and two bathroom remodels done over the years. Their work is outstanding. If you want it done right and want to add beauty to your home call Greenetz Construction. They are the best!!!!

In September, 2023, I had a pinhole leak in my icemaker water line. 11 months later, I have a kitchen that I LOVE thanks to Dave Grrenetz Construction. The reason it took so long is because: it was obvious the first contractor I chose was not going to get to the project for months but wouldn't come right out and say that; and after working 3 months on the estimate and preliminary work before actual construction, the 2nd contractor I chose dropped me because they didn't have "the resources" to do the work. But what it boiled down to is that they were located in Sacramento and didn't want to work in Yuba City. So I started asking for recommendations of a local contractor. I asked 3 different people who didn't have anything in common with each other except knowing me, and everyone recommended the same company; Dave Greenetz Construction. I called and spoke to Dave. He came by my house 2 days later. Within 5 business days, he had the subs come by to look at my the job at my house. Within 10 business days, I had an estimate and a timeline for the work. I had to wait about 5 weeks for the construction to start. But once it did, it was full steam ahead. Brandon was my assigned Craftsman for the job. He was so good to work with. He was always on time, a hard worker, kept me up to date and informed of the status and schedule of the project, was very respectful and easy-going and just a very nice guy. His quality of work was excellent! And his tool resources were incredible! We had a couple of delays due to sub scheduling, but nothing major and I now have a new kitchen that I absolutely LOVE! If you have a remodel job, you cannot go wrong using Dave Greenetz Construction!

It has been a pleasure doing business with Dave and his team. Dave gave me the most affordable and detailed quote in all my research and then not only were his guys prompt, courteous, clean, and efficient.... they were damn good company for the day.  Really glad to have had them recommended to us and look forward to passing on the word to others.

Between Dave n Jeff u couldn't ask for better people! Don't know the rest of the crew, but these 2 and their wives n families I have known since the late 70s early 80s. U can't buy quality of character. Honest, hard working, desire to please, family based.
