Bill was incredible. He was on time, called when he was close, and he was friendly and professional. He made sure I understood exactly what he was doing, and made sure everything worked properly before he left. 5 stars. I will certainly be calling Dan's plumbing the next time I need service!

Goodluck if you use this company. I can't begin to describe the frustrating events that took place trying to get a leak repaired. 3 visits, the leak still exists, they refuse to return..... We've contacted another plumber. To be continued ........

Called for emergency assistance. They sent a tech out that morning. Well they walked to my vent on my septic tank came back and said they couldn't help me. Then proceeded to try and charge me $159.00 they weren't even here for 5 minutes. They literally did nothing. I would understand a charge for coming out. But NOT $159.00. They just walked through my yard. Thats it!. Complete rip off!

If I could leave a negative review I would. Took 4 months to resolve one of my plumbing issues, the other issue is still not resolved. All work has been sloppy, rushed, unprofessional. They left my house unlocked and my door open when leaving (for the last time). Found out they have an uncertified, unlicensed, unskilled "journeymen" trying to do plumbing and electrical work- or feigning to, citing "complications" and then sending somebody else back just so they can charge for appointment. Misleading to clients, over charges for services, charges clients for the time between the contractor looking at the job and then going to get the materials. uses scrap materials then charges the client for materials. Marks up the cost of their materials 35%. Often misses scheduled appointments with no communication. Unethical, unprofessional, and never welcome in my home again. They honestly need to be closed down for their shoddy work.

Quoted me a price of close to $8000 to run a new waterline, almost $3000 of that price was just parts. He told me to go ahead and get another quote, so i did. I found somebody else and with the price of renting an excavator and parts and services, cost me less than $2000. Not sure why he was looking to charge such an outrageous price to put in 75 ft of new line

Made a call to them, tech came out and looked at leak. Was going to charge almost $400 for job. He didnt have the parts needed. He left and I canceled the job. Got a bill the next month for $160. No work done. Called them back when I got the bill and the Jodi the ceo or manager and threatened me, she said would send it to the magistrate, then hung up on me. No service charge was mentioned. Very rude and way too expensive.

I'd give zero stars if I could, because they never showed up. We made the appointment, and they comfirmed the day before. Well the morning of, we called to see if they were coming and she told us we didn't have an appointment, so she'd call us back to see what was going on. She never called back. An hour or so later we called back, since she never called, and she said that we didn't even make an appointment so we'd have to reschedule it. We told her that was unacceptable and she said she would do what she could and call us back, then hung up on us. She never called us back, we had another plumber come fix our emergency right away. So we called them back and told them we didn't want their business because the job was already done. I would never recommend anyone to Dan's plumbing. Go to Rod Henry and Sons in Toronto instead!!!

I should’ve known by reading the terrible reviews that this business couldn’t be trusted to do a quality job, but I guess I had to see for myself. I called to have a minor leak looked at, the appointment was confirmed, and I was told a technician would arrive between 2-4 PM. My husband and I live over an hour away from the house with the leak so he spent a significant portion of his day driving to the house and waiting on someone from Dan’s to arrive. At 3:45 PM on the day of the appointment the plumber called to say he couldn’t make it. Wouldn’t that have been nice to know before my husband waited around all afternoon? Do yourself a favor and learn from our mistake. Call a different plumber.
