I've been on the waiting list for a long time and anytime I talk to them, I can't get a straight answer as to where I am on the list. Very frustrating

Was looking into the place for my step son and found out that they go off of income so most people are pro rated for their rent. They also said that he wouldn't pay over $600 no matter what. They do a background check there so that can be a good or bad thing if you were interested in renting there. Overall they seemed friendly and helpful for me. I would recommend them for sure.

Absolutely the worst place I've ever seen they threw a single mother of two who just had a baby and had to stop working in March out of income based housing because she couldn't pay rent during covid!! If you're income based and lose your job because of a pandemic I'm pretty sure your rent goes to zero. And now they're suing this poor girl, disgusting people!!!

Renee is a very sweet person only complaints I have is the smoking because I wear oxygen and clean up from sewage explosion and bathroom repairs but otherwise maintenance is very quick to reply overall decent apartment 😊

Dak is the best landlord we have ever had. Maintance gets done all the time and me and my grandma where placed so when she needs something all she has to do is knock on the ceiling

I think it's time for Remolding our Fairfield Court in Platteville Wisconsin because Window is old and We need new sliding Window and door. We need new white fence to!
