TL;DR - They are garbage. Stay far, far away!
Horrible. Absolutely 100% horrible. I'd give zero stars if I could. Where to even start...?
I guess first, I had a concrete slab poured for my new garage and needed a 1 foot curb on the back side due to the slope to keep water out. However, they had the back service door all the way to the slab. I recommended having a 6 inch curb for the door and having a step to the inside to prevent water from getting in. I was assured it wouldn't be an issue and that they would be able to slope the hill to get the water to go around the garage (which I find out later to be an extra expense to have them do it). Now, every time it rains I get water flooding in the back door. Fortunately, I had a drain installed. However, that brings me to the next part of my rant...
They didn't bother leading the drain to anywhere. They buried the end of the PVC in the ground. So, after the first heavy rain, I went out to the garage and found the entire thing to be completely flooded. The water simply had no place to go. I had drywall ruined, and my brand new kitchen cabinets just sitting in the water. Called up the owner and told him about it, and believe it or not, the first thing he did was laugh. I couldn't make this stuff up...
They also laid gravel down on my driveway. I was very specific as to how I wanted it, and he said it would take two loads to do it. The end result was nowhere near what I wanted. I was an absolute disaster. I called and complained and he said he does think it needed an additional load. So, he came and dropped an additional load in a pile in a spot of perfectly good grass. Why in the grass I still can't figure out. One week went by, pile still sitting there. Two weeks go by, still nothing. At the third week mark, I called him up. "Ha ha, good thing you called, I completely forgot about that!" Glad he thought THAT was funny, too! Anyway, he said he'd be here to do it sometime later that week. Nothing. Waited another week before calling again. He apologized and said he'd get to it, again, later that week. It wasn't until near the end of the FOLLOWING week that he came to finally take care of it. But, they just came, made a mess of it quick again (it's still terrible, nothing how I wanted it), and bailed without saying a word. And now I have a giant dead spot in my grass with a bunch of rock still in it and an unfinished, uneven, crooked driveway.
There is more, too, like finding a few cracks already in the slab only a couple months after having been poured, a bunch of chunks of concrete scattered throughout the garage where they dripped and didn't clean up so it hardened, and the fact that their "cleaning up" the yard, that I paid for, consisted of haphazardly mushing mud around, leaving track ruts all over in the process. Oh, and I'm glad they just left a giant pile of dirt behind for me to worry about. I wouldn't want to burden them with taking it...
That's just MY issues! I have family who have had nightmare experiences with them as well. They incorrectly poured my niece's basement, and when they complained to the owner, all he said was "he wasn't there when they poured it." He didn't want to take responsibility. Then, they back-filled too soon and caused a great big crack in the wall of their newly poured basement wall. When brought up, he said, "It will be fine." and that "We'll take care of it if something happens." Yeah, cause everyone wants to stare at a giant crack in their brand new basement wall every time they want to go down there.
My suggestion... just move along and have someone else do your job. Or just DIY. Will probably turn out better than what these jokers can do.
