This is the update I promised. We have used CC now for over two years. After my initial "freak out", Reade and Jason and the crew have hit it out of the park. Being a small growing business the last thing I need to worry about is IT. I don't anymore. These guys and gals are top notch and the customer service is exceptionable. My interaction was mostly with Reade at Cyber Command, who could not have been more professional and helpful with our situation. Even though it was something outside of the normal scope of his business, he took it upon himself to help me over the course of a couple of days until he helped me figure out what the most likely culprit was to our issue. This was after 4 internet techs and an IT person failed at figuring out the problem. He made it a point to make sure that the problem was resolved in some form or another and made a recommendation for a new equipment which I promptly purchase. That was it! Issues resolved! I could've kissed him I was so happy. After almost a month of issues and productivity inconveniences, we were finally back to normal. Could not recommend their services more. Thank you Reade, you are the real MVP!!
