Rolando of Custom Homes Builder was the contractor we chose after interviewing about 9 contractors. His knowledge about construction and communications skills are excellent. We interviewed several of his former customers and in each case all highly recommended Rolando. Our home remodel project was substantial with a 20' structual beam installed to hold up the second story and attic. Our home became our "Dream Home," once completed and is to this date.

Rolando has been my contractor since 2001. He has remodeled my kitchen and family room when I was living in Foster City, Ca.In addition I had the hallway stairs changed from metal to wood. In 2010 , there was a leak coming from the family room sliding door just above the sliding door where the stucco and metal meet together. He is very good at problem solving and was able to make the repairs and there were no longer any leaks observed.
He has complete devotion to his customers and states that his customers comes first and strives for perfection on all his projects. He is a Diamond Certified contractor and his ratings have always been a 10 and nothing below. At the end of each day he inspects the job site and makes sure his workers did the job correctly . He makes sure that they do not take any short-cuts in doing the job. Also, at the end of the day, all the tools are neatly placed in one area and the area is swept and cleaned so there are no nails or loose boards in sight. Unlike other contractors, he is on the job site whereas other contractors are not.
I would highly recommend Custom Home Builders for the serious homeowner who wants to have a job done right the first time and with professionalism. At one time I
told Rolando that it was a pleasure to write him a check for the amount he billed me.I didn't care what the cost was: the work that he did was so beautiful to look at.
