We moved into our house about a year ago, our landlord purchased a washer and dryer, our washer broke, I explained what was wrong with it when I called they came, said it was a part that took two weeks to come, they came, said it was fixed and left. It wasn’t fixed. I called them, took them a week to come back, I called told them I could work from home one day a week they said the day they’d be here didn’t show up, I had to wait til the following week when I could work from home again, this time it was the belt, said they would go to the shop and get the belt if they had it and would be in touch. They were not. Another week + goes by, finally they replace the belt, try the washer this time and what do you know, the same noise is happening and it’s something else. It’s now been 2 + weeks more. We were supposed to be first stop, it’s now 1pm and I called and “they still have one more stop.” I’ve never had worse service in my life and now I know what appliance company I will not use when I purchase my home.

My mom and boyfriend bought me a new washer and new dryer from Dales. I went into the store to pick out the pair that I wanted and the man that helped us (forgot to get his name) was very knowledgeable and super friendly! I picked the speed queen set on Saturday morning. Monday morning while I was at work 2 men delivered and set up my new washer dryer. My mom was home, she called me at work and told me they ran into a problem, something was broken which made it impossible for them to install. I just told her to tell them to leave the washer and dryer and we would figure it out, but instead these 2 wonderful men ran back to black river falls (I live in Alma center) got new parts and fixed the problem! They only charged us for the new parts! My mom gave them each a really nice tip for going above and beyond for us! I would 100% recommend these guys to any and every one! Thank you so much for being so kind and so accommodating when you definitely didn’t have to!

My furnace stopped working in the extreme cold weather yesterday and I had to call for service after midnight because it was 40 degrees in my house. The technician, Jason, was very prompt in returning my call and getting to my home. He was able to determine the problem, and do the repair to get the furnace working again. He was very knowledgable and was able to teach use a lot about our furnace (we just bought the home and are in the process of moving in). I would recommend this company to anyone in need. Thank you so much for rescuing us from our extremely cold house.

If I could rate this even lower I would. The dishwasher I purchased from them broke after four months. They came out, looked at it, ordered a part for it. Turns out it was the wrong part. They order another part, it was the wrong part. This time they ordered a pump. Turns out there are two pumps in there and they ordered the wrong one. Four tries and almost four months to fix it; I have already told people I know to avoid Dale's from now on if they expect something to get fixed promptly.
