Custom Exteriors provided exceptional professional service in the restoration of our home after the severe hailstorm in July 2024. We had to replace the roof, skylight, siding, gutters and downspouts, front door, and window screens. Ryan May managed the contract and helped us demonstrate the degree of the damage to the insurance company. John Richards managed the project and sub-contractors so the work was completed well and on-time. Punch list items were quickly resolved. We worked with Ryan May who helped us truly from start to finish from scheduling the initial inspection to closing out the claim. He was extremely professional, thorough, and helped keep everyone on track through the entire process. At the end, when the insurance adjuster was holding back a small amount of the payment due to some ridiculous details that truly made no sense - Ryan jumped in and gave such a thorough explanation on what all she had paid out on and what is left. My wife and I are thrilled with the outstanding performance of Custom Exteriors! After a recent severe thunderstorm in South Fort Collins, the ceiling of our Screened Porch began leaking. I was not sure of the location of the issue, and uncertain whether it was a problem with the gutter or roof. I contacted Scott and Mike, who immediately responded, and came out to diagnose and assess the situation. It was determined that the roof's valley flashing area had deteriorated over the years, which had led to water seeping into the ceiling space. Roof repair was necessary to stop the leakage into the ceiling and soffit. I greatly appreciated their personal caring, promptness, and knowledge! I felt relieved as they walked me through the process ahead, and showed me photos of the issue at hand. I trusted their guidance. A crew was quickly scheduled, who had proficiency in concrete tile roof removal and installation. Roberto and Felix were fantastic! Their workmanship, skill, and professionalism is unmatched. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with their efficiency, politeness, work-ethic and timeliness of project completion. It was impressive watching them work tirelessly on a tall roof!
