We chose CDC for our home renovation after interviewing several contractors and we are so happy with the experience and the results. Our expectations were met or exceeded throughout the process. Our designer, Beth, squeezed every bit of efficiency out of our small kitchen space while at the same time making it more beautiful than we thought possible. Santos was masterful at coordinating the entire process while Ryan, Lito, and all of the crew were such a pleasure to work with. The people at CDC take great pride in their work and it shows. We would certainly look to CDC for any future projects and highly recommend their services.

We did a complete kitchen remodel with Custom Design and Construction. Our experience was outstanding from planning to execution. They listened to what I wanted and added their expertise, leading to a great plan. The schedule was set out in advance, and they stuck to it. Being a large family without a kitchen is tough, but the project went smoothly and quickly. I was comfortable with all of the workers being in our house - they were professional, courteous and clean. I first hired Custom Design & Construction a few years ago to remodel my bathroom and bedroom. I was so pleased with the results that when I recently decided to do the rest of my apartment (kitchen and living room) I didn’t even bother to get bids from any other contractor, I just went straight to CD&C.

Nicole Zavala, my designer, was great to work with. She had an excellent grasp of my tastes and was able to pull together a design that was perfect both functionally and aesthetically. Santos Mejia, my project manager, was always on top of things and kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way. I live in a moderately large condominium complex, so unit remodels are a fairly common occurrence, and often lead to complaints from neighbors over the noise or mess. In contrast, I actually received compliments from some of my neighbors about how neat and quiet my workers were.

The final results are absolutely spectacular! Before the remodel, the only thing great about my apartment was its location; the apartment itself was very plain and not very inviting. Now it's someplace that I really feels like home.

This company is the very best contractor I have ever met, I am 84 years of age and have a lot of construction work don on my house that I have owned for over thirty years, most of it OK and some not very good. Then I got a price from this company about ten years ago and I thought that they were kind of high, but I went with them anyway to see how their work was, I was very surprised with their work it was immaculate and the best that I have seen, since then I have had numerous jobs done by them and I am still being surprised and very happy as to as to the quality of their work, I will never go to any other contractor no matter the price because I am more interested in the finished job, I can only say you will never be sorry with their work no matter the price.
