Jack Curtis, the owner, did a phenomenal job at a septic cert needed at one of our clients home over on Crescent Ave Lkel. The owner had had issues with another company that was trying to charge them $14k for leach lines. That other company had also left all the system disconnected, causing more problems to the owner. When we spoke to Jack, he came out the same day, performed a pump replacement only (leach lines were fine with no problems), pumped the septic once again, and saved the transaction between buyer and seller. Jack is one of the most respectable and honest professional I have met. I'm sooooo happy to have met him and do business with CDTB. We will be referring him over and over.

Jack Curtis and son Craig make a great team and a great company. After finding that my septic system was failing in the middle of selling the property and approaching the close of escrow, I was able to contact Jack about installing new leach lines. I got his name from an engineer who lived in the neighborhood and told me that Jack was the best in the field hands down. He was sooooo right!

Jack is an expert on septic systems and has worked in the industry for over 40 years. From the day I contracted with him, he kept in close contact with me regarding his plan application, the issuance of a permit by the county to implement that plan and the time frame he would try to keep to allow the escrow to close on time. His wife Janice, the business manager of the company, jumped on it quickly and had a permit to install the new leach lines the very next day. One day after that, Jack and Craig were unloading their heavy grading equipment onto my property and performing the job.

When Jack promises something, it is always done better or faster or both. Both he and his son are quality people who want to perform well and produce a product that his customers will like. That is exactly what they did for me and they finished the job and got certification of the system within a week!!! Are you kidding me? Jack, with the help of his wife and son, made a good plan, procured a permit, did all of the work in a professional manner and got an inspection and certification within one week.

If you want a professional at the top of the trade, Jack is your man. He, along with Craig and Janice , are incredible. I can recommend this company without any reservation whatsoever!

On the recommendation of my mom, who had Curtis Septic Services replace her entire septic system several years ago, I had them install risers on my system and they did a fantastic job. I'm now due to have my septic system pumped and called around to get pricing. I was shocked to see how much the service has gone up, but considering gas prices right now, it's understandable. Curtis is still very comparable in pricing, so I'm going with them because I know they won't jerk me around like others have done in the past.
