After looking at their model home, my wife and I contracted Crowcreek Homes to build our dream home for our family. From the beginning of the project to move in, Crowcreek was the most fantastic company to work with. We had some special accommodations that we needed for our family and after discussing them with Crowcreek staff, they were able to happily meet our needs. Everyone at Crowcreek was very communicative and pleasant to deal with. We were able to take regular walkthroughs of the house as it was built from a patch of dirt to a finished home. Any delays due to COVID-19 were communicated in advance, and the house was still built in about six months. All of the subs used are local, which is fantastic to support the community! The finishings, appliances, plumbing, electrical are all high-end and intended to last decades. The 50-year shingles got us an insurance discount and protect us better against the hail.

All in all, Darrel, Kim, Dana, Jeramiah, and Tyler are fantastic human beings and run a business of quality, value, and integrity. We are so happy to have our home for our new family and look forward to spending many years here. Thank you!

We bought our beautiful 1st brand new house through Crow Creek last year (2022). They claimed to offer a 1 year warranty with the house after purchase.

Although we found some issues during this first year (and some took some time to resolve), they did in fact honor their warranty, and fixed every single issue we reported.

They were very responsive, in working on getting their team and vendors scheduled to come fix the issues. They will definitely make sure you are fully satisfied and taken care of, having piece of mind.

It has a beautiful modern design (The Alpine), with energy efficient windows, hail resistant roofing, and IoT connected devices such as lights/fans/smart thermostat.
