My son his just trying to support his family by doing an honest days work and when you do business with this company it makes it impossible. He has tried to put up a fence twice now and both times the pickets were different sizes. Instead of making money he is now out of pocket money. The company doesn’t seem to realize that time, nails, help all cost money and they don’t stand behind their product. So I do not recommend this company.

Whitney is the reason we have been with Crossroads since we started our business. She’s been instrumental to our success and I always get first class treatment. We have purchased well over $100k with of materials from them and will continue to do so.

The only drawback is there are not open on the weekends however, since we have an account with them, they have always came in to get us what we need if it an emergency.

I do not recommend this place at all, it’s been a hassle since the very beginning. Had to wait over a week for materials, then had to drive an hour to get them, got the materials finally and all my fence Boards were warped! Lost 3 days of work, gas going there and back 6 times, had to fight with them about the messed up material, so the manager told us to write them a bill to cover our expenses, the lost days of work and our employees pay as well, they got the bad material and our bill then decided they were not going to pay after they already said they were. They gave us new material got over half the material up and it’s all warped again! So it’s been a wasted week, checked this material and all they did was put good boards on the outside of the bundles and all the bad materials directly in the middle. Very very unhappy. Will be taking them to court.

Way to over priced like 5 to 7 dollars more per board than there competitors and terrible customers service over the phone when I was asking for prices never recommending them to anyone ever again

Me and our business has had a very bad experience with crossroads they do not stand behind there material at all have gave them two chances to make it right and no..Sk to speak to head man and that's a refusal also looks like court we go do not recommend them for nothing at all

This is the most Disrespectful place you can get materials from I Purchased 850 Dog eared pickets for fencing got them to my job and they and started Construction an the pickets were 5 and 5/8 at the top and the middle was over 6 Inches the bottom was 5 and 1/2 as a contractor I have never seen anything like this before and the will not refund my money They hour drive I drove 8 times my guys time not to Mention I had one mad homeowner
