I would like to begin my review by saying that my entire family thoroughly enjoys the three beautifully remodeled bathrooms completed by Creekside Pro Construction. We are extremely happy with the final results.

I want to give special thanks to the company's founder, Jacob. During our first meeting, he assured us that his team would not leave the project until we were fully satisfied with the results, and he kept his word. While there were some questions, concerns, and disagreements along the way, we were able to resolve all issues to our satisfaction.

We particularly appreciated that the company provided us with a designer. Since we were not well-versed in selecting materials, the designer accompanied us to several showrooms to help us choose tiles, grout, vanities, and shower sets. This made the process not only easier but also enjoyable. Additionally, the designer created a 3D model based on our selected materials, which made us fall in love with our future bathrooms even before the remodeling began.

However, we did experience some challenges with the organization of the workflow. Unfortunately, our project manager seemed to need a better memory. Throughout the project, he couldn’t remember my wife’s name, even though he saw her nearly every day on site. We often had to remind him about specific issues that needed attention. Furthermore, I found it challenging to get a clear schedule for the week ahead, as the timeline frequently changed the very next day, making planning a challenge. As a result, the total project timeline nearly doubled from the original estimate.

That said, as I mentioned earlier, Jacob went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. His company performed a significant amount of extra work that wasn’t specified in the contract, yet they didn’t charge us a single penny beyond the agreed-upon terms. In the end, we were truly pleased with the remodeling.

We used Creekside Pro Construction for our kitchen remodel and are very happy we did. They installed all new cabinets and stunning porcelain countertops along with a Moroccan tile backsplash that we picked out. We changed from gas to an induction range cooktop and it looks like it is not even there. We can't stop looking at our new kitchen.

During any project like this, there are bound to be hiccups related to materials, measurements, schedules, deliveries, appliances that don't quite fit, code compliance issues, etc. What is important is that you work with a contractor who is responsive and cheerfully corrects those things along the way to your satisfaction. We worked primarily with Jacob as our key point of contact from Creekside Pro and he consistently delivered in that regard. One prime example of that was our beast of a built-in refrigerator. When the new cabinets were installed, the refrigerator door would not open quite wide enough to completely remove a vegetable drawer. Rather than modify our new cabinets, they resized the wall next to the refrigerator door and not only fixed the problem, but it looked more elegant than the original piece of wall.

I highly recommend Creekside Pro Construction. They are ethical and very responsive to any issues or concerns.
