It is a big mistake to rent an apartment from this company. Karla, who is head of management is very unhelpful and rude. I have been out the power for 2 days now and i am freezing in our apartment. All my food went bad which means I have to throw everything out. The electrician told me the breakers used in this complex are illegal to use in texas because it can cause explosions and instead of changing them they need multiple opinions over taking care of their tenants and caring about peoples lives! Absolutely unacceptable!! I just want to add this on my previous review to inform the other customer that do not waste your money for this property, because the management company and the maintenance company are so unhelpful and don’t care about customer service at all!!!!!!! SUCH A BIG MISTAKE

I own a condo that is being managed by Creative Management. I have been trying to reach Jamie Taylor for such a long time. He does not respond to my emails nor phone calls. I leave multiple voice mails and never a return phone call. I need information from him and he is never in the office. Everytime I call he is off or on vacation. Seriously? I pay so much HOA monthly for this to happen to me. Now I am starting to use extreme measures to capture somebody’s attention! I need assistance and need someone to work with me and respond in a timely manner! Goodness gracious!

It is nice to deal with a company that actually answers and responds to emails almost immediately. Monique Garza is awesome! When I ask for information she even sends back-up copies of previous transactions so I can ascertain possible problems I may have.

We've experienced several changes over the past few years since I've owned my unit. The past management company did an okay job taking care of the residence at Coppertree; however, Creative Management Service has been more proactive taking care of the tenants and property needs.

They have been very responsive addressing any/all of my unit repairs in the past, and feel they look out what's in the best interest of its clients. The recent facelift of the units was long overdue. They took over an ageing property fairly maintained by the previous management company and property manager, I look forward to the changes and improvements in 2025 moving forward. Ray Garza was very professional and responsive to my recent inquiry regarding a project proposal, thank you.

Work inefficient and slow. I'm one of the property owner, cannot imagine that they cannot fix the fence 5 month after the hurricane. What the worse, I try to contact them through phone call, email to the one responsible for the work, Jamie Taylor, never get any reply. My feeling is nobody care their work and they just collect the fee every month. The apartment just open to the street for over 5 month. I really want to invite the leader team to take a look and ask how they feel if they live there. My tenant complained multiple times and moved to other place, and i cannot say no because there is no safety in the apartment. I'm considering to sue the management company and HOA for my loss.
