We just completed back to back bathroom renovations and had an amazing experience with Yarin and his Create Construction team. We could not be happier with the results. We wanted to keep original mid-century elements in the rooms but update with new surfaces, toilets, fixtures etc. Because of the retrofitting, we definitely faced some challenges and Yarin, Eduardo and their incredible team of artisan tilers, electricians and plumbers found wonderful solutions. Kim and Pauline were pleasures to work as well. The communication from Create was wonderful, with daily updates on the schedule. This was our first time working with a contractor and from my very first conversation with Yarin, I felt heard and really enjoyed collaborating with him. And they finished exactly when they said they would! I think we got great value for extremely fine work. Create will be my only call as we continue to do home updates. They are truly incredible!

First, we didn't know exactly what we were looking for when we started, but their designer and the project manager were excellent - they really came up with a design that I loved, making the absolute most of the space, and moderning the kitchen while staying true to the house's character.

Once construction was rolling, they did a great job. We encountered some delays with the city, and the project manager, Yarin, really does everything he can to expedite a resolution and get us back on track.

The building finished on-time, and the result was beautiful - it lived up 100% to the design and even more. The quality of work, from the cabinetry to the tile to the finishes, was all excellent. They were in constant communication, did not mind when I asked a lot of questions, and Yarin goes the extra mile as often as he can on every detail, from major decisions to small things some of us might not notice until it is too late - but he notices them along the way for you.

My experience with Create Construction was excellent. Initially hired for a two-bathroom project, we expanded the scope to include sanding floors, painting walls, and redoing a fireplace, all with a tight deadline. Yarin and the team managed to mostly adhere to the timeline and accommodated last-minute changes seamlessly. While they may not be the cheapest option, their pricing is reasonable, considering the quality of work. Though we didn’t utilize their design solutions, I’m pleased with the outcome of my first renovation project with them.
