Took my wife's 2024 Nissan Frontier 4x4 to this establishment, because rough country listed them as a certified installer. Had issues from the beginning with weird. Noises and movement out of the lift. Took it back. They looked at it again, nothing was done still have problems. Took had to take the vehicle 2.
Off road warehouse in marietta they just informed me that none of the bolts were tightened to speck.
Or torqued properly, my wife drove this vehicle, and it was unsafe per ORW! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS OR THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK!

Was quoted a ridiculous price by JK land. So I came up to Crazy Nae’s and was amazed by the knowledge and transparency that I was given. The work was done in a very timely manor, and honestly the price was spot on. Ask for Rob. He will treat you like family.

Very disappointed by this place. I had a differential kit upgraded from a 3.21 to a 4.11 in 2022. Six months later, the rear diff is broken and Christian Brothers sent me pictures showing no shims put in. Now the rear diff is having the same issue. Not a coincidence.

The owner is a super nice and decent guy. But whoever is doing the work is not doing a good job. And now I'm out 1000s.

Edit: i did offer your company the chance to fix it. Diffs usually last the life of the vehicle, not 6 months and 2.5yrs. The sound was from the rear dif, which i conformed last week when I installed a transmission myself. I gave your company a chance because clearly something wasnt done right when both the front and back are breaking down. I was told "sorry not under warranty," which means i have to pay more money and ive already paid 8k between 2 shops for a 2k part. Only reason I'm writing this review is because 1. i gave your company a chance and 2. I was told i have to pay more money. Your company charged for $1300 just for labor and the total came out to almost 4k! I got a 12months warranty out of it. I'm about to pay a professional off road shop $1100 for the same job and it comes with a 3yr warranty.

Owning a Jeep when I’m not necessarily a mechanic (I don’t even like working on cars) is not an ideal scenario. And let’s face it, a Jeep tends to always need something fixed, or you are gonna want to add personal touches that require some expertise. Finding a dependable mechanic, particularly one you can trust, is no easy task. But my experience with Crazy Nae’s Jeep Wave took the pain out of that side of things. The fact that they specialize in Jeeps, as their name would suggest, was a bonus. Rob, the owner, is a strait shooting and no nonsense guy. He took the time to listen to my thoughts and concerns. Then he gave several options that fit my style and budget. He also gave me ideas for modifications to consider down the road. I had a new top installed, brakes, suspension work, and other random maintenance tasks. Everything met my expectations. Oh, and the job was completed on time. A+ service. I’ll be back.

Great service! I know I will be back at some point as an actual paying customer. I took my 2022 Jeep to the dealer this past Saturday because it had started the dreaded "death wobble". The dealer determined that I needed a new steering damper and told me they would let me know when the part came in. Due to an upcoming road trip, I could not wait that long, so thankfully I decided to stop by Jeep Wave. They were closed so I texted the number on the door, and received an immediate response asking me to bring my Jeep in Monday morning and they would be sure it was safe for my road trip. Rob did exactly that, and did not even charge me anything. He looked at it and determined that everything looked good...except the tires. He referred me to a tire shop to get new tires, and 4 new tires later, the death wobble is gone...and I will not be wasting my money on a steering damper. Thank you Rob.

I had an amazing experience at this shop! I walked in on a Friday afternoon with a serious issue with my Jeep Wrangler, which had only 16k miles. Rob didn't hesitate to diagnose and solve the problem. I am grateful for their quick and efficient service and I will never take my Jeep to any other shop. This shop is truly a rare find these days!
